69. Lost Skelton of Cadavrous You have all heard of
"Movies that are so bad they are good." Rarely does this turn out to be true. Really bad movies are boring,
but there are films that are beyond bad to something truly filled with wonderful badness.
To be totally honest "Manos, the Hands of Fate " wouldn't be tolerable without the MST3K guys to guide you through it.
But here we have a film that was planned
to be something that celebrated the wonderfullness
of awfullness in film-making. Nearly every try at a bad joke lands
right between the audience's eyes, and it takes itself serious enough
that you don't let them get away with anything, and they are enjoying themselves enough

as a second feature with "Plan 9 From Outer Space"
or "Night of the Lepus" or even "Robot Monster" you couldn't do better than this
knowing filmmaker's fun little inside joke
